Refund and Returns Policy

At Art by Minu, we greatly value our customers and your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations and we are here to make things right. Please read on for our refund and exchange policy.

Returns

Our return policy is limited to instances where customers have received an incorrect order. Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival, and if such an unfortunate event occurs, please notify us of the error immediately.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes the colours or the image of a fine art paper print may not meet your expectations or match your aesthetics. In such instances, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of arrival for an item of equal or lesser value. The print must be in its original conditional and packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Please note that all original artworks, including minis and sketches, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange.

Please reach out to us at support@artbyminu.co.uk to initiate a return or an exchange. It’s always a good idea to reach out to us if you have specific questions or concerns about a product before making a purchase. We are here to assist you!

Damages

We take utmost care in inspecting and packaging all items to ensure your artwork is protected as much as possible during transit. However, we cannot control the handling by postal carriers. If any damage has occurred due to mishandling or failed delivery by the postal service, we regret that we cannot assume liability for such damages.

Please note that Art by Minu cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur after delivery. All our originals and prints come with artwork handling instructions-we encourage you to follow them to ensure the longevity of your artwork.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Not Delivered/Lost

If you find that your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please ensure that the address you provided us with is correct. If it’s correct, we recommend that you contact your postal service and raise a ticket with them. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect. However, if a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will forward it to the correct address for the cost of forward shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@artbyminu.co.uk. Please remember we are a small team so responses can take up to 5 business days.
