Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Art by Minu. We take great pride in our artwork and ensure that each piece is carefully and professionally packaged for transit.

CANVAS ARTWORKS: Our original paintings, fine art prints and wall art pieces are packed using acid free materials and are secured with protective padding to ensure their safety during transit.

PAPER & ROLLED CANVAS ARTWORKS/PAPER PRINTS: Artworks on paper/rolled canvas, along with paper prints, are rolled with acid-free paper and shipped in a protective tube. For pieces smaller than 16×20 inches, we ship them flat in a reinforced sleeve with protective padding.

All original pieces including minis, sketches, commissions as well as limited prints include a signed certificate of authenticity.

Original paintings, including minis, sketches and commissions, also include insurance for any damage and/or loss. Please reach out to us immediately or within 48 hours at the latest to be eligible for a return/replacement.

TIMELINE: Oil paintings require special care and can take up to 3-4 weeks to be shipped after purchase as it can take several weeks to dry after varnishing. If your piece needs additional time in the studio, we will personally reach out to you with an updated timeline.

Fine art prints are created on-demand using high-end archival materials and can take 6-8 weeks for delivery (additional 1-2 weeks for international deliveries). Depending on the demand, the timeline may extend, but rest assured, we prioritize quality over speed and will keep you updated on your piece’s progress.

SHIPPING COSTS: After your purchase, you will receive an invoice with the calculated shipping costs. These must be paid prior to the shipping of the artwork.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are delighted to offer international shipping on all artworks, including originals, minis, sketches and prints.

DUTIES/TAXES: Please be aware that we are not responsible for any import fees on any purchased products. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total and are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
